For Gold Products:
Exchange and/or buy-back of gold jewellery shall be permitted at the prevailing market price of gold corresponding to the applicable purity (i.e., 18kt or 14kt), as determined by the Company at the time of such transaction. Making charges, GST, and any other charges shall not be considered or refunded under any circumstances. The customer shall provide valid identification and documentation as may be required by the Company for processing exchange or buy-back transactions.
Any exchange or buy-back of gold jewellery shall be subject to mandatory quality check, purity testing, and verification of the original invoice and hallmark certification, to the satisfaction of the Company.
Exchange of gold jewellery against lab-grown diamond studded jewellery (including gold or silver variants) shall not be permitted.
Gold jewellery shall be sold strictly at the price displayed on the Company’s mobile application and/or billing software at the time of purchase. No discounts, rebates, or deviations shall be applicable unless expressly approved by the Company in writing.
The buy-back value shall be determined solely by the Company, based on internal evaluation parameters, and may be displayed on the Company’s mobile application or internal systems for reference purposes.
Gold jewellery shall not be eligible for purchase or redemption using any gift vouchers, gift cards, or similar instruments issued by the Company.
Gold jewellery shall not be eligible for purchase under the “Making Miracles” scheme or any similar savings or investment-linked schemes introduced by the Company.
Discounts, offers, or benefits applicable to diamond jewellery (including lab-grown diamond jewellery), including but not limited to any promotional schemes, shall not apply to gold jewellery.
Purchase of gold jewellery may be made using old gold exchange as a mode of payment, subject to successful testing, valuation, and price determination through the Company’s authorized systems, at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse exchange or buy-back of any gold jewellery that is not sold by the Company or does not meet its internal quality, purity, or hallmarking standards.
The net weight and value of gold for exchange or buy-back shall be determined after appropriate deductions towards stones, impurities, soldering, wastage, damage, or any non-gold components, as identified during the testing process.
The Company shall not be liable for any minor damage, loss of stones, or changes occurring during the course of standard testing, melting, or quality verification processes, carried out with due care.
For customized gold jewellery orders, the gold rate shall not be blocked or fixed at the time of order placement. The applicable rate shall be the prevailing gold rate on the date of final billing or delivery, as determined by the Company.
Any repair, alteration, or after-sales service in relation to gold jewellery shall be undertaken solely at the discretion of the Company, including determination of feasibility, scope of work, timelines, and applicable charges.
In the event of any dispute, discrepancy, or interpretation issue, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon being updated on the Company’s official communication channels, and continued transactions shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
